Why you should give Hillingdon Chamber Choir a try:
- Our small size means every voice counts
- Some of our singing is a cappella which improves your skills in listening and singing together
- We sing interesting repertoire – not just big choral works. You can see our past repertoire here
- We have a break in every rehearsal which occasionally includes Tunnock’s Teacakes (other biscuits are available)
- We’re a friendly bunch
- And your first term is for free!
New voices welcome in all parts. The ability to read music is preferred, but more important is the willingness to join in and to learn.
You can listen to a samples from two of our recent performances below:
We rehearse weekly on Tuesday evenings from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm. We have a sociable tea break so bring a mug. And toilets are available. We rehearse in All Saints Church, Long Lane, Hillingdon, Middlesex, UB10 9BT. Head for the large hall on the right hand side of the church as you look from the main road. Go through the wooden gate between the hall and church and walk along the path by some grass. The door to the church is on your left.
Why not come along to a rehearsal?
Or come to a concert to hear us and chat afterwards?
Hillingdon Chamber Choir is a member of Hillingdon Arts Association and is affiliated to Making Music, which represents and supports amateur performing and promotes societies throughout the UK.
We want to make sure there is no barrier to taking part in our choir. If we can make any adjustments to the way we operate to give you access and include you fully, please let us know.

Recent Feedback
“Looking back to December, my thanks go to the new Tree Team for their diligent work in erecting and decorating a splendid Christmas tree. We are also most grateful to the Hillingdon Chamber Choir for leading the community carol singing with such warmth and energy, and to Mervyn Hogg, occasional player at St. Mary’s Church, who accompanied us on keyboards. Despite one of the wettest days of the festive season, spirits were undampened and the photographs speak for themselves. It was a fine example of what makes our community special: resilience, participation and shared celebration — whatever the weather.” Harrow Hill Trust, Christmas 2025
